We’ve all been there: you’re back from lunch, seated at your desk, when it suddenly feels as though your last bit of energy has drained to zero. Your normally agile body feels heavy, movement is an effort, and you try to blink away sleep. It’s like a tug-of-war, and sleep seems to be winning. So what do you do? Do you push sleep away and try to force yourself to get back in the game? And is that even a good idea? Most of us are trained to think that sleeping during the day is a sign of laziness.
